The Service provides two main features:

• A Global Radio Player that allows you to stream live audio broadcasts from third-party radio stations.
• An Autumn Sound Mixer that allows you to create and play custom ambient soundscapes using a library of provided sounds.

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Third-Party Content and Services

The radio broadcasts available through our Service are provided by independent third-party stations. We do not own, control, or endorse the content of these broadcasts. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with the streams belong to their respective owners. We act solely as a directory and player for these streams. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of the content broadcasted by these third parties. Any complaints regarding a specific broadcast should be directed to the respective station.

4. Intellectual Property

Excluding the third-party radio streams, all other aspects of the Service, including the website design, text, graphics, source code, the "Autumn Sound Mixer" sounds, and the "Autumn Music" trademarks and logos (the "Marks"), are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Systematically retrieve data from the Service to create a collection, compilation, or database without our written permission.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse our proprietary content, such as the sounds from the Autumn Sound Mixer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE THIRD-PARTY STREAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE OR FUNCTIONAL.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTUMN MUSIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autumn Music is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
